How To Decorate 1. Make a swirl on each cupcake using white buttercream icing. 2. Sprinkle the pink sugar crystals all over on each cupcake. 3. On the edge of each cupcake, place a few blue heart sprinkles. 4. Lastly, place each teddy bear royal icing topper on each cupcake.
