Sunflower Cupcake Idea

I made this cupcake as a sample for people who would have liked to order something like this for their party.

Its quite simple and fast to make and there's no way you can mess it up which is what makes it so fantastic.

Make a vanilla/choc cupcake (or whatever you like really.)

Spread a thin, even layer of yellow icing on the cupcake just to cover.

Fill the piping bag with a the same yellow icing and pipe out using a petal shape nozzle.

Pipe only on the edges around the cupcake and as you finish each petal, flick the nozzle up a bit so the last bit of the petal sticks out of thesides of the cupcake.

Then use hundreds and thousands coloured in black to fill in the middle of the cupcake to make the centre of the sunflower and for a little sparkle,sprinkle edible glitter over the middle.
