Enjoy My Pig Cupcakes

Make these pig cupcakes to add to your farm animal cupcakes.

I've made the nose and ears in marzipan, but I'm sure there are other ideas to make them.

Little Piggys

Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• Buttercream icing in light pink

• Marzipan in plain and darker pink

• Chocolate chips

• Chocolate rice

Decorating Method

1. Cover cupcakes with light pink icing.

2. Make the eyes using two balls of plain marzipan with chocolate chips on top of each. Place them on the cupcakes.

3. Make the nose with darker pink marzipan. Form a ball and flatten a bit using your palm.

4. Place two chocolate rice on the nose. Place the nose on the cupcakes.

5. Make the pig's ears with the darker pink marzipan. Form two small balls and flatten with fingers.

6. Place the ears on top of the eyes, on the cupcakes.
