Lovely Pansy Cupcakes

I bought them from a cake decorating store and thought they would look lovely on my cupcakes.

Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• Royal icing pansy toppers

• Purple and yellow buttercream icing

How To Decorate

1. On half of the cupcakes, make a swirl of yellow buttecream icing on each.

2. On the other half of the cupcakes, make a swirl of purple buttercream icing on each.

3. Place yellow pansies on purple icing and purple pansies on yellow icing cupcakes.
