Making Moose Cupcakes Using Mini Pretzels

I tried making moose cupcakes using halved mini pretzels and I think they turned out pretty good.

Here's how to do it.

Friendly Moose

Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• Buttercream icing in dark brown, brown and white

• Mini pretzels, cut in halves

• M&Ms in red and dark browns

• White chocolate chips

Decorating Method

1. Cover cupcakes with brown buttercream icing.

2. Place two white chocolate chips (upside down) as the eyes.

3. Pipe out a small amount of white icing below the middle of the two eyes.

4. Take a red M&M and insert into the white icing.

5. Take two brown M&Ms and insert at the top of the eyes as horns.

6. Take a mini pretzel and cut into half.

7. Place them as antlers near the horns.

8. Pipe out small dots of dark brown icing onto the white chocolate chip as eyes.
