How To Decorate 1. Cover each cupcake with blue buttercream icing. 2. Using a grass piping tip, pipe out green buttercream icing to cover half of each cupcake to make the grass. 3. Cut out a small opening of the piping bag and pipe out small rounds of white buttercream icing, to make the clouds. 4. Place each giraffe royal icing topper on each cupcake.
