Fish Cupcakes For Your Under The Sea Themed Party

For these fish cupcakes, I used fish shaped cookies to decorate the cupcakes. You can buy the cookies at the supermarket.

To complement the fish, I made seaweed icing to make it look like they are in the sea.

Swimming fish in the sea

Ingredients:

• Cupcakes - any design

• Buttercream icing in light blue, white, red, green and dark brown

• Fish cookies

Decorating Method

1. Cover cupcakes with light blue icing.

2. Place two fish cookies on each cupcake.

3. Pipe out green icing using the leaf decorating tip to make the 'seaweed'.

4. Then, using white buttercream icing and a very small tip, pipe out three dots from the fish for the bubbles.

5. Next, using dark brown icing, also with a very small tip, pipe out a dot on each fish for its eyes.

6. Lastly, pipe out a small red line using red icing for the mouth.
