Have Fun This Easter With Easter Bunny Cupcakes

Making easter bunny cupcakes is always fun because you get to be creative with the 'bunnies'.

There are many ideas you could use for the bunnies. In the idea, I used a 'shortcut' because the bunnies were prepared beforehand.

Those are the royal icing toppers. Here's how I used them to decorate my easter cupcakes.

Catch Those Bunnies!

Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• Buttercream icing in pink, yellow and light blue

• Bunnies royal icing toppers

• Colorful sprinkles

How to decorate

1. Make a swirl of light blue buttercream icing on 1/3 of the cupcakes. Another 1/3 with pink icing and another 1/3 with yellow icing.

2. Sprinkle over the colorful sprinkles.

3. Place each easter bunny royal icing topper on each cupcake.
