Daisy Cupcakes Using Marshmallows

Daisy Blooms

Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• buttercream icing in blue, green and yellow

• multi-colored jelly tots

• marshmallows

• colored sugar

How To Decorate

1. Cover cupcakes with buttercream icing.

2. Cut marshmallows into thin slices.

3. Dip each cut marshmallows in colored sugar. Dip so that half of the sliced surface is covered with sugar.

4. Place 5 pieces of cut marshmallow onto each cupcake surface to resemble flower petals.

5. In the middle of the petals, place one jelly tot.

Serve and enjoy!
