Daffodil Cupcakes - A Sign Of Spring

The daffodils in these daffodil cupcakes are made of royal icing. I was trying to figure out how to decorate with them and thought that simple is best.

So, it's just green buttercream icing.

My Lovely Daffodils

Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• Royal ising daffodil toppers

• Light green and dark green buttercream icing

How To Decorate

1. Cover the cupcakes with green buttercream icing.

2. Place the beautiful daffodil on top of each cupcake.

3. Pipe out some curvy lines from the daffodil to the end of the cupcake with darker green icing.

You can use these for decoration, too...
