Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• Buttercream icing in blue and white

• Maraschino cherries

• Paper umbrellas

How To Decorate

1. Cover the cupcakes with blue buttercream icing.

2. On top of each covered cupcake, make a rosette at the edge of the cupcake using white buttercream icing.

3. Place one cherry on top of the rosette.

4. Insert the paper umbrella at the opposite position of the rosette.
