Cap and Bat Cupcake

Ingredients

• Cupcake - any recipe

• Buttercream icing in white and green

• Marzipan in blue, red and light brown

Decorating Method

1. Apply one layer of white buttercream icing on top of the cupcake surface.

2. Take the blue marzipan and shape into a round. Take a bit more blue marzipan and flatten out to make the bottom of the cap.

3. Make the stripes on the cap out of the red marzipan. Put aside.

4. Take a small amount of light brown marzipan to make the bat. One end is thicker than the other, and at the thinner end, form like a handle to hold the bat.

5. On the cupcake, pipe green icing using tip #233 to make grass.

6. Place the baseball cap and bat on the cupcakes.

Just Baseball

Ingredients

• Cupcake - any recipe

• Buttercream icing in white and red

Decorating Method

1. Cover cupcakes with white buttercream icing.

2. Using tip#1, pipe out red icing and draw the sewing lines of the baseball onto the cupcake.
