Baby Rattle Cupcakes Using Buttercream Icing

Baby Rattle

Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• buttercream icing in white

• Licorice strip in red

• star and heart sprinkles

• lollipop sticks

• melted candy

• POLO sweets

How To Make

1. Cover cupcakes with white buttercream icing.

2. Cut two red licorice strips with about the same length. Place on each cupcake.

3. Between the two strips, decorate with star and heart sprinkles. Leave aside.

4. Take one lollipop stick, and using melted candy attach a POLO sweet at one end.

5. Stick the lollipop stick into the cupcake.

Additionally, you can add a ribbon bow to the lollipop stick for nicer looking baby rattles.
