Ingredients

• Cupcakes - any recipe

• Buttecream icing in light blue

• Royal icing baby booties

• white sprinkles

Decorating Method

1. Make swirls on each cupcake using light blue icing.

2. Place each royal icing baby booties on each cupcake.

3. Sprinkle the white sprinkles all over.
