Almond Apple Cupcake Recipe

Here is the recipe to make almond apple cupcake.

Ingredients:

• 2 apples (deskinned and diced)

• brown sugar 15g

• lemon juice 1 tablespoon

• butter 90g

• sugar 75g

• egg 1, lightly beaten

• self raising flour 75g

• almond grinded 75g

• condensed milk 3-4 tablespoon

• grated lemon skin, small amount

How to make:

1. Mix together diced apples, sugar, grated lemon skin and lemon juice. Leave aside.

2. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and beat again.

3. In another bowl, mix almond, condensed milk and self raising flour together.

4. Combine all the mixtures together and mix well.

5. Divide the mixture into equal parts and pour into the cupcake liners.

6. Bake at 175 degrees for 20 to 30 mins.
