• Cupcakes - any recipe

• white buttercream icing

• NBA flags (self made)

• basketball sugar toppers

• orange star sprinkles

How To
1. Make a swirl on each cupcake with the white buttercream icing.

2. On half of the cupcakes, sprinkle some orange star sprinkles and insert the self-made flag.

3. On the other half of the cupcakes, place basketball sugar topper on each cupcake.
